JviewSON v0.1 – Initial Release

JviewSON v0.1 – Initial Release

Hey everyone! I’m excited to announce the release of JviewSON v0.1, a lightweight JSON viewer and analyzer built with Godot 4. This tool is designed to make it easier to work with JSON files by displaying them in a tree view structure, making navigation and analysis more intuitive.

What's New in v0.1:

  • Tree View Display: JSON files are now shown in an expandable and collapsible tree structure, making it much easier to navigate complex data.
  • Text Search: You can now search for specific text within the JSON file to quickly find the information you need.
  • Auto-Update: The display will automatically refresh when the JSON file changes on the disk, so you're always working with the latest version.
  • Syntax Highlighting: Clean, color-coded syntax highlighting has been added for better readability and error detection.
  • View-Only Mode: Editing of the JSON file is intentionally disabled in this release to maintain a safe, view-only experience.

What's Next?

This is just the beginning! Future updates will include enhancements to search functionality. I’m looking forward to hearing your feedback and suggestions for improvements.
